Working closely with a small team, we shaped this product from strategy and brand to UX/UI. The result is a wedding management platform that brings the entire guest journey together, from personalized invitations to RSVP and event management.
The Challenge & Goal
Most couples plan their wedding across a spreadsheet for the guest list, a paper planner for the day, and phone calls to the invitation designer, and to every guest who hasn’t replied. Nothing connects to anything else, so every couple rebuilds the same fragile system from scratch.
The goal: put all of it in one place. Couples pick a design and upload their guest list. The names are declined into the correct Polish grammatical form automatically, so there is no designer and no round of proofs. Each printed invitation carries a QR code to a free wedding site where guests RSVP in one tap, and that same guest list then drives the seating plan, place cards and the budget. Nothing is retyped.

Every invitation starts from a ready-made template you can personalize, with no designing from scratch. And if doing it yourself feels like too much, there's a second path: we do it for you, down to assigning each guest to their invitation.
Zero-friction RSVP for guests
Guests span every age and tech level. They scan a QR code on the paper invitation, then confirm and share dietary preferences in one tap, no account needed.
One place for the whole wedding
Seating and place cards, gift registry, the budget and alcohol calculators, and the task planner are all in one panel. Place cards even generate from who actually confirmed, so nothing gets ordered twice.
